MTSSO Hosts 2025 Celebration Dinner on International Day of the Seafarer

On June 25, 2025, the Mission to Seafarers Southern Ontario welcomed friends, supporters, and partners to our Annual Celebration Dinner, held on the International Day of the Seafarer. The evening brought together over 75 guests to recognize the vital role seafarers play in connecting nations and to celebrate the community that supports their well-being.

The program featured inspiring reflections and stories, including a keynote address from Vicki Gruber, who shared insights from her marine career and volunteer service with MTSSO. Pastor Dan Phannenhour spoke about his experiences visiting ships and connecting with seafarers in Hamilton.

The evening was a true celebration of the mission’s supporters and the seafarers we serve. Thank you to our generous sponsors, guests, and volunteers who helped make this year’s dinner a success.
